Hi everyone

my name is sandy I am in Australia Its a comfor tto find I am not alone with this .it is almost 5am I have been awake most of the night.I suffer with lower back pain have for many year now a hip spur numbness in both legs and feet and knee problems.I have a lot of trouble walking being off balance .I have type 11 diabetis I think though the back problem is causing the numbness .I cant seem to get the doctors to hear me.I have a new bed which seems to have made my back worse.I chose a very firm mattress.I have an option to change it within 60 days.I have been reading that a medium firm mattress may have been a better choice.I really need to sleep.I sit awake often crying because I cant sleep.I have taken some pain relief tablets in hope they will help me sleep soon.I dont like the thought of the new bed though.I have had it 5 days and am in more pain when I do finally rest.sound like I am falling apart lol thank god for a sense of humour.:)
