Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum. I reside in UK but had a laminectomy in New Zealand by a neuro surgeon back in the 1970's. Nothing but trouble and woe since.
Tried so many things over the many years to get rid of sciatic pain; deep injections , physio, pain clinics, accupuncture, osteopaths, and the latest being an orthopeadic surgeon who says that it's all down to post operative scar tissue. He says he might make it better or might make it even worse.
So where does one go from here.
Sleep is short and every night is a waking long sciatic pain night.
Has anyone been in this position and found a solution? I tend to underdo painkillers, I don't want to be dependant on them but it's getting close.
