Leg spasms at night

Over the last 3 months, I have started have these leg spasms, jerking, shakes when I go to bed. They start about 10 minutes after I have laid down and they are on and off thru the night. They have gotten worse lately and my wife is having a hard time sleeping next to me. I feel horrible because she is not getting any sleep. The only way that I can stop them is to curl up in the fetal postion on my left side.

Has anyone had this before? My PM doctor has just changed me to a different muscle relaxor to see if that will help.

I am currently on Methadone, Lyrica and Baclofen.
