14 weeks, increased leg/nerve pain last 2 weeks

I had my ALIF about 14 weeks ago, & was doing pretty good until about 2 weeks ago (back to work). Now the leg pain that I thought was gone has returned. I also have increased pain in my back..I have to walk/move very guarded or I get a jolt of intense breathtaking pain in disk area.

Has anyone else had this or a similar experience?? I am out of my head with worry that I have messed something up or I am going to live the rest of my life like this. :SS

As a side note..I also have a weird effect in my left foot since the surgery...my foot is redder & warmer to the touch than my other foot. My family Dr. looked at it today when I was there & said that because of nerve damage there is increased blood flow to that foot & it may never get better ~X(
I am soooo done with all of this, I want my life back. Hopefully someone has had some experience with this & can tell me it will get better...
