X-Stop Surgery for LSS

Had X-Stops placed between L3/L4 and L4/L5 6 weeks ago in an attempt to stop the leg pain caused by LSS. Continue to have a lot of leg pain when standing or walking even after one injection. Must have a lot of inflamation (so I am told)of the nerve from L4. Has anyone had the X-Stop surgery and if so what was your recovery time to get back to normal activities? Did it solve your leg pain due to LSS?
Thanks

  • I had a devise called the Aspin Lanx that my NS uses instead of the x-stop.
I'm six weeks post op tomorrow & no more leg pain & I had it from the buttocks down to my feet in both legs. I started PT yesterday & hope to be back to work in May after 9 weeks off. I walk one or two miles every day & before I couldn't walk a block. My spinal stenoses was between L2 L3

Hope you get to feeling better after those nerves settle down.
