:H not sure wot to say ! im 46 3 kids only 1 at home now,married work as a home carer,i have had back trouble for 9 years have highs and lows in a low at the mo and doctor is sending me for a cat scan on 28th of this month,im on 2 meds for pain and prozac so i can laf at my pain ! im totaly mad . im sure im no were near as bad as most of you are pain wise, but it would be nice to talk to peeps who actually know what im going through and that im not putting it on, i feel guilty for having the pain :S

    DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN
