Not fused after surgery

Hallo, I am living in Europe and I have had a fusion surgery 2 years ago, and after even implanted a Morphine pump and oral Morphine, the severe pain out of the bone in my lumbar spine breaks even through. The level L5-S1 is well fused but now L4L5 is no new bone around the cage and is not stable.
Now, I planning a new surgery to test this level on stability and if necessary place extra bone tisue. This will be the 5th surgery on this two levels after a failed ADR at L4L5 which have to be removed.
My question is if anybody had such a experience? and what the result was after re-surgery?

Thank you, Renos.
