Hi Everyone
I found this site while searching to see how others deal with unbearable back pain.
It's something I've been dealing with for many years now and I figure there must be something else others do that might help me.
I'm hoping to be able to get some advice from other members here to help me get through my life with less pain.

  • Tell us a little about your condition and that will help those with similar issues to share with you their experiences.

    Welcome to Spine Health.

  • I've had backpain for about a year and a half due to a herniated disc and arthritis in the facet joints aroung the troubling disc as well as leg pain from sciatica. I've had minor problems also with mild scolosis and balance issues ie:flat feet. I've been out of work for 14 months hoping to heal on it's own with heavy duty meds. How do you manage your pain? Take care. Charry
