I am 57 years old on Aug. 2007 had disk replacement on L4L5 and in-fix fusion on L5S1 then on March of 08 I had a lumpectomy at L5S1 I have experienced no pain since the surgery but have been dealing with foot and toe numbness. The Dr. told me it could take 1 year for the nerve to heal if it heals at all. My question to you is some days the numbness is to a minimum and the next really flared up. Has anybody else experienced this? Is Yoga a good idea?
