Bulging lumbar + thoracic discs with arthritis due to Lymes disease?

Im asking for advice to help my daughter. She is only 25 and has always been healthy. A few years ago she started experiencing back pain from her cervical spine to hips and tailbone. She went to her doctor for a blood test as he thought it could be MS but found out she had Lymes disease and probably had it for several years. She was put on a large dose of dexicycline(sp) and a MRI was ordered . It showed 2 bulging discs and an enlarged thecal sac. Her scapula at the top feels like a little piece on the end has been broke in two but is being held in place by the surrounding tissues. PT was ordered but actually made her feel worse. She was sent to a Rheumatologist in Syracuse and he said she did not have lymes disease but fibromyalgia and prescribed her muscle relaxers and antidepresants and told her exercise and get back to her job. She call me crying as this last doctor basically made her feel like a hypocondriac. She went back to her original Dr. and he sent the blood test to a specialist to get a 2nd opinion and Lymes disease was once again confirmed. Last week she went for a nerve conduction test with electromyography and today she found out the results and there was no sign of nerve compression. Im worried for her and feel she is getting no help at all. Does anyone have any suggestion or know of any good specialists in NY state area that could at least give her some kind of plan of action.
Thanks, YellowRose
