Hi, I have a lot of pain.. more of a burning sensation in my buttocks,, mostly sitting. I know I sit too much, but, I sit to work and it is becoming more and more difficult to sit though the day. Even an hr at a time. I use pads, but, it still burns. The burning is in the area where I sit. No back pain or issues that I am aware of.When I sit, I have placed my hand under this area , on a hard surface. I can feel the bone pushing against the skin, It is just under the skin. I am a heavy person, but, no fat on buttocks. The question is, what kind of exercises can I do to build the muscle that I am sitting on to better cushion my bones?
