I had ACDF multi-level 10 days ago, and am in alot of pain.

Trying to think positive and do feel a little better each day, but I have a LONG way to go.

It is wonderful that so many people share their experience here. It really helps to hear others have went through similiar experience.

So, I'll will be lurking and posting. Nice to meet ya'll.

  • Welcome Johanna! I had only C5/6 ACDF, so I can imagine your difficulties with multi-level. I healed well after a couple of months. Join us in chat sometime....we try to be very supportive and provide a few laughs to help with the pain.
  • Keep up with thinking positive!! It's good to hear that you do feel better every day. It will, and you will have some bad days in between, but it does get better with time. I wish you a speedy recovery and send good and happy and peaceful thoughts your way!!!

Hope you are feeling better every day Johanna..
Taking it one day at a time.
