where do i go from here ?

I have had lower back pain for many years, started getting worse in the last year. L leg pain to foot, constant pain, burning ect. Had several shots with no relief. after the discagram they told me i need sugery, went to surgen he said he would not do surgery because of it being to risky at multi levels, and there is nothing he can do. Where do i go from here?

I am taking lortab 10-500, neurotin 600mg a day, celexa 40mg, celebrex 200mg, zanaflex 4 mg twice a day, zegrid 40mg, and trazodone 200mg a night.

Had an MRI on 4-2008.
benign hemangioma in the L1 vertebral body
L2-3disc protrusion
L3-4 annular bulging of the disc mild osteoarthritis
L4-5 paracentral disc protrusion midly flattening thecal sac.
L5-S1 disc protrusion mildly effacing the calsac and nerve root. mild facet arthritis and bony overgroth seen posteriorly.

then had a discagram on 10/6/08
L 3-4 symptomatic disc with leakage into epidural space grade 4 and anterior and posterior fissures.
L4-5 evidence of posterior annular fissure,evidence of annular fissure and leakage into epidural space grade 5.
L5-s1 findings noted evidence of posterior annular fissure, evidence of anterior annular fissure and leakage into epidural space grade 5.
