I have a question regarding my insurance I know this is not the right area to post but I am looking for a quick answer or just some help. I have been told by my attorney that my Temp Benefits were stopped because I failed to get a Dr. Report about me not being able to work within the last 30 days. I was never aware of the reports every 30 days, and I have looked through the Cal. Insurance Codes and Policies and nowhere in there is it said a report needs to be sent to the adjuster every 30 days to keep temp benefits coming to you every two weeks. Since they have stopped I have been able to get a report to the adjuster from my Dr. and supposedly they are to re-activate me when they see the report. I have yet to hear anything as of today and it has been a week. I guess my question is does anyone know is there a 30 day rule/law about reports to the adjuster?
