Cervical Osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disorder

I am 39 year old english male based in France, following an MRI and X-Ray I have been told I have DDD and Cervical osteoarthritis particularly in the C5-C6 joint. This was as a result of a stiff neck and shoulder pain/tingling in my right hand. My problem is I can speak very little french and would like confirmation of the scan results. Below are the results and if anyone can give me confirmation in english of the meaning I would very much appreciate it.

Thank You for any advice received
