changing from daily blog to weekly weigh in

Hello everyone i ve decided to change from the daily blog tothe weekly weigh in,i think this worked well in the past,so will give it a bash again and hope you all join in.
I lost 3 pounds this week which brings my total to 9 pound in about 8 weeks,ive cut down on high fat foods and replaced with simply low fat and high protien foods and i think its doing the trick slowly but surely.
