  • Sorry that you are having a tough time of it. Well at least look on the bright side, you have all kinds of people waiting on you hand and foot. You don't have to do laundry, wash dishes or dust. Just kick back, relax and let the healing begin.

    Get well soon.

  • Sorry to hear you are still in the hospital. Hope things get better fast!

  • I'm sorry to hear you are having such a rough time. I sure hope by the time you read this that you really are feeling much better and have less IV's and tubes gone! Especially if you had that yucky, uncomfortable gastric tube that goes down your throat, I hope that it is gone by now! Also, I hope you get good news to go home soon so you can recover in your own comfy bed!

I'm glad you checked in because along with all your friends here I wondered and worried about you.

    Take care of yourself!
  • Just get well okay? And I hope you're able to sleep while you're being looked after. Wishing you healing thoughts. Charry

  • Hi Jenny,

Sorry to hear that you have lots of tubes etc in both arms and that you have been really poorly. I hope you are doing much better now, with hopefully fewer tubes and IV's in your arms.

Sleep is always hard in hospitals so hopefully someone has brought you some earplugs to drown out the beeping noises from various machines etc.

Take care and know that we are all thinking of you and sending you lots of love, hugs and healing thoughts.

    All the best

  • Jenny, Bless your heart!! I just had a friend go in the hospital for a hysterectomy and she developed pancreatitus also -- So I know how much pain you must be in. My friend recovered but it took six weeks for her pancreas to settle down; she had complications because of diabeties (speelling?). Anyway, sending healing thoughts your way and lots of wishes for a quick recovery.
  • I'm so glad you're home - healing is easier in your own place, isn't it?

I hope you get better soon. We're all thinkin' aboutcha!

    Sending many gentle hugs,
  • I'm glad you are home so you can get some rest! Those hospitals are hard to get rest at!

You have had a tough time there. My brother gets pancreatitis. It's such a painful miseerable thing to have. If you are home, you must be doing better, but take care of yourself and take it easy while you let your body heal! You have wonderful things ahead and plans to think about, don't forget! Get well so you can enjoy that!

    Feel better.

(|: Jenny :)
  • Jenny, my brother had his gallbladder out and has been doing so much better! Hang in there, I'm certain you'll find it was worth the hassle. Kind of a bummer you'll delay the wedding, but if I recall correctly (50-50 shot here, my memory is NOT the best lol) you've been waiting quite a while anyway... what's a few more days? :) I'm glad you're home and getting rest, hospitals are god-awful aren't they?
    Spiney hugs
