Hello Everyone,

Today is the first day I can sit up in a chair with my laptop! I am recovering from scoliosis reduction surgery. I am a 39 year old wife, mom and teacher. I underwent surgery May 26th, 2009 in Riverside CA. I had spinal fusion from my Thoracic 2 to Thoracic 12 to fix a 44 degree curve. I am looking forward to meeting new people who live with scoliosis or who are considering spinal fusion surgery. The road here has been difficult. It will be three weeks this Tuesday since my surgery.Everyday is a little better, but I am having trouble seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Please feel free to chat with me.
