Hi all. I was at the 4 week post op mark Tuesday 7/8/09. I went back to light duty work Monday the 7th. Well since then my pain is different. I am wearing my collar instructed by my surgeon. Now I have these intense spasms with a punch. It was so severe my eyes watered. When I move my neck to the right I have severe pain too. The laminectomy bone was removed on the back of the left side. when I move neck to the right the pain is on the left side. anyone out there with any suggestions before I call my doctor tomorrow and cry ? Thanks
