I recently wrote in the upper back pain forums, but maybe this was the right place to write??
Anyway, to make a long story short (read the longer one in the UB forums) I have suffered from back pain caused by too much computer work. But I have found my relieving friend in The Fakirmat... a mat with scary spikes that actually are't that scary after 5 minutes of use LOL....http://www.thefakirmat.com
And oh...chiropractic treatment is great!! But when the muscles are tense, relaxation is the best way. Not easy, but the best :P
