Ok, Ive been dealing with back pain for a little over a year now, and finally after an X-ray, Physical Therapy, and an MRI, I found out I have...
small paracentral anterior herniation in T7-T8 region. the rest of my thoracic spine was "unremarkable" according to the dr.
Im trying to stay positive, but I feel my dreams slipping away from me. I am going to see a thoracic spine specialist in a couple days, as my orthopedic dr. referred me to him.
I still have no idea how this happened. I guess I could throw a few ideas out maybe, but these thoracic herniations are so rare, and usually only occur with accidents (never had one), and for that reason I am very confused, to say the least.
Anyone ever go through this...any positive words or advice are very welcome.
