thoracic mri

DR. Nero wants to do an mri on this area before putting in my SCS when he put the trial in he had a very hard time of , said my thoracic area was very tight compressed so he wants to see what is going on in there before he attempts to put in perm scs, now i am scared i have cancer or something cause every where i read this area doesnt get damaged.. looking for possitive answrs scared.i do have pain between my shoulder blades an is sensitive to touch but not all time i never really gave it to much thought as it is my low back and legs that pain me

  • You really need to get away from the computer and quit doing so much reading! You are going to give yourself a heart attack from unnecessary stress.

    There are many things that can go on in the thoracic area of the spine, much more than just tumors. So stressing out about that right now is fruitless. Some people even naturally fuse in the thoracic spine over the years.

    Let the doc do the worrying, and you just keep going about your life.
