I saw the surgeon today and he requested I stay at 20 hours per week for at least one more week. If my mri shows everything is where it should be with my hardware he will release me to go back to work full time. My issue is with work. I was called to hr today and I explained the plan for next week and if all went well I would be back full time. I was then told if I go back to full time they will require me to take 2 lunch breaks at 35 minutes each. Mandatory. No one else in the company is required to do this, so why are they making me. It almost feels like discrimination. This will cost me 35 minutes of pay a day. The more I think about it the madder I get. We do not have a union so thats not an option. Dont tell me they are looking out for my best interest
because I dont buy it. Can they legally do this?
