Acronyms

I thought it might be interesting to get some common (and uncommon) acronyms used in the medical world and on this forum.
Yesterday I had to ask what a BLT was (apparently not bacon, lettuce & tomato) and it occurred to me that there are a lot of new people joining here weekly, including me and we could do with a list of acronyms.

So apparently a BLT mean Bending Lifting and twisting.
ALIF means anterior lumbar interbody fusion.

What are some others?

P.S sorry if this has been done and I haven't found it yet.
