One more question re: lumps on the back of the neck

Yet here is another question if anyone is familiar:

Along the left side @ @ 1 inch down there is a moveable lump. It is @ 1 1/2 inches long...and I can press it up/down or to the right. I asked someone who I know (massage therapist) to sorta scan my neck by touch. She too felt it. I don't think it is a muscle not - maybe it is - but when pressed "it doesn't hurt" the area around it does. Other muscle knots I have don't move and hurt alot when pressed.

I have had 2 lipomas (benign tumors) removed from my rt back/hip area and one inside my body cavity @ 10 years ago. Not sure if this is the same. How could they see it? MRI only with MRI with contrast?

any info appreciated.
