knitting eases boredom and anxiety

hello. to everyone that is suffering from boredom and anxiety ive found that knitting is very relaxing and takes up time. i recently learned to knit because i was so bored and anxious over my fusion.(7 weeks post op) you can only watch LOST and the Office so many times before going crazy.

i dont know too many other 23 year old guys who like to knit, but knitting is sort of therapeutic and i enjoy making disfigured scarves(im getting better) for my doctors. my prayers go out to all of those who are recovering or suffer from chronic pain. aloha....nick
