Maybe someone here can help me. My diagnoses is a bulging disc. I think L3-4 or L4-5. I cant remember. My symptoms include,
*constant low level of pain in the lower back.(4 years)
*dabilitating low back pain when active.
*numbness and tingling in both legs, more so in my left leg.
*extremely numb in my left big toe.
*my bowel leaks constantly.
*pooped my pants once when i slipped and fell on my hip.
*uncontrollable farting, like if i cough.
*quaility of my erections has decreased.
*pops in my back if a stretch or try situps.
*my butt, inner thighs feel numb, tingly.(the saddle area)
*left leg goes dead if i lay on the hip.
*shocking pain i bend down to take something out the oven.
*increased pain when sitting or standing for 30min or more.
*some intermittent tailbone pain. kinda of a shocking feel.
Now this is how i got hurt. I was working excessively hard. I basically had to take about 2000 products off the store shelf to the floor. Re-adjust shelves, and put all 2000 products back up. Things like gallon jugs of fluid or smaller. Also a cement floor.
Left work that day with nothing but a sore back, that I thought would go away. 2 weeks later, i was sitting at my CPU for hours, entering my work reports. Wooden chair on a tile floor. Got up to go pee after several hours. Took about 10 steps from the bathroom and all of a sudden, instant excruciating pain throughout my entire body. Could barely move (neurologically) for about 18 hours. The pain eventually subsided over a few months to what it is today. I initially had upper back pain, but that is pretty much gone. I didn't go to the doctor for about 4 months. I realize this was very ignorant of me, but thats niether here nor there.
If there is someone who has anything, anything at all to add that may help me, please do so. I am desperate to find out what is wrong with me, and my L&I doctors are just trying to brush me off as if I feel fine. Basically the only physical evidence they go off, is my bulging disc, and tell me I shouldn't be having all the symptoms that I have.
