C6-7 & Tendon issues

Question for all the spineys. I was having pretty bad nerve issues today with both my hands, arm, all the usual suspects. But there was one new thing. My elbow "froze up" and I had trouble fully extending it. When I did, there was a "pop" that the guy next to me even heard. The tendon going across the back of my elbow popped. I have a tendon in my other arm that is tender today. No physical activity to warrent this. Is this something any of you guys have heard of or experienced with cervical issues? I suspect it is something completely differant (and minor) but not sure with all the nerve stuff going on.
