I Never Expected This Ride...

Man this has been one of the wildest rides of my life. Three weeks ago I awoke from surgery with so much relief from pain, bladder control and could feel my arm I thought it was all over. Man its been one wild unexpected roller coaster ride.

At first no pain or issues. Then spasms from head to toe. Well that calmed down. Next the sleep issues started. I couldn't sleep or if I did get sleepy I could not find a comfortable position. I crashed last week for two days and last night I was up all night again. I haven't been to bed yet. I have been playing fishworld, farmville, beweled and any other game I could find online. One day I need all my meds the next day I need half. Normally when it rains I need my max of meds but the last few days its been the opposite.

My husband and I normally visit several amusement parks in the summer time but didn't get to this year due to work. I am making up for that right now in my own living room.

I found this website a few days before my surgery and read post about a lot of these issues and thought 'It couldn't be that bad'.

Everyone Have A Blessed Day.

And in case I haven't said it... THANK YOU ALL.

  • I am sorry for all your problems and the pain they are causing you, but your reporting of them always brings a smile to my face!!

As you've discovered Spineys learn to be nimble -- maybe not on their feet, but in their hopes and expectations.

With your attitude, you'll get through this.

    Hang in there--
    Gwennie :)))
