Thank you everyone for your input after I was thrown from my horse. I saw the doc today and have fractures of L2-L5 and also Spondylolisthesis. The doc sent me immediately to a place to get fitted for a back brace and gave me a prescription for flexerall. Just wondering what people have felt long term from this. Worried about getting back into my super active fit lifestyle. I hope I can. The doc said prognosis varies so much by person it is hard to say. Also, wondering how the flexerall is for everyone. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Ann
