Hey all, just found this site.
I had L4 L5 S1 fusion 8 weeks ago. On the mend and doing ok. Started PT last week.

    New to the sight as well. Going in on Dec. 8th for a TLIF of my L5-S1, Glad to hear you are doing Okay. So what can one expect at the 8 week period of recovery?

  • What you do has alot to do with pain levels. Just take it easy. (one day at a time). Do what the doc says and the PT too!!! I have really gotten stronger from the PT and walk's. Every time I push my walk to a mile I end up hurting. Did a mile Monday and today (Friday). Still sore but not as bad as last week.
