Hi every one, my name is bill Lufkin and I've been Having back problems for almost 30 years.
Had a discectomy in 96, I'm not sure if I'm spelling it right but after my disk ruptured the surgeon scraped out the disk and sewed me back up.
Well it's good to find this site and I hope to learn allot and maybe give some input as well..

    DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN

  • Welcome to Spine-Health. :))) There's lots of friendly and supportive people here - you just have to ask and someone will get back to you. I'm coming up for surgery soon and I've found by participating here, it's helped me heaps.
