i may be one of the lucky ones on here but im not out of the woods yet not by a long shot im still getting muscle twitchies in my arms etc but think these will take time to calm down,if anybody is having this surgery in the near future dont panic its not as bad as it seems on a pain level of 1/10 ive not gone over 6 at the very most in fact the first thing i asked my surgeon the day after was have you done anything to my spine ? he just laughed at me (i was in no pain what so ever)i even bought a recliner and never used it,il let you know any changies over the coming weeks or feel free to ask anything you may be worried about
bye for now wayne

  • Wayne , it is always wonderful to hear when someone is doing well especially after surgery. Keep up the great work and keep following the doctor's orders. Post back when you can to update us. Take care.....Miki
