Finally in therapy

I finally started P/T last week and starting to get some ROM back and the muscle spasms and tightness is slowly starting to fade a little. My main problem is nerve pain into both arms with the left one with numb fingers and forearm. I had hoped that these would have gotten better since I'm almost at 3 months post-op. My follow up with the neuro is Nov 10 and I hope to go back to work part time with restrictions. 3 months of being at home has started to affect my mood quite a lot....If anyone is looking for a great therapy avenue...Results Physiotherapy has done wonders for me on 3 surgeries now, much more hands on, and really have learned a lot about my body and the healing process

  • I had acdf c4,c5,c6 and I have been home three and a half months going nuts!

I also have been through personal problems and fell twice but I am hoping to feel better soon. I still have nerve pain and just pray it will get better with time.

I am starting to fuse but it feels like it's forever to get better from this. Do you know if this is the norm?

I could have written most of your post myself so I guess I shouldn't lose faith.
