back and groin pain

I have lower back problems DDD disease, and a dull ache in my left groin it aches everytime i get up which sometimes makes my knees ache, but once i,ve walked for a while it eases.

  • I have experienced the same groin pain. It felt like what I would imagine a hernia to feel like. It ended up being associated with an annular tear. What type of doc have you seen? Sometimes a good Pain Management doc is able to help with this pain. Good luck to you and please keep us posted.
