I went to PT this morning. I get a massage after some routine excersizes each time. My therapist was massaging the area I believe to be at L4-5 and he said the Lside was much harder than the Rside. This afternoon I was trying to do some errands and the front/inside of my ankle started to hurt. I sprained that ankle on the L outerside last April and have had no problems since May. It is absolutely giving me fits right now :''( on the front and inside of that ankle and up my shin. Anyone have a clue :? to what could be the cause? or had similar symptoms? Thank you for any help
