Hi,I am new to the forum-having 2nd spinal fusion in 2 years, having a bit of a hard time not being able to walk, thought maybe it would help to read what other people go through

  • I had L4/5 fusion last year and continue to have difficulties walking. I get a terrible tight feeling pain at the sides of my legs about hip level. What happens when you try to walk. I especially have a hard time walking on cement surfaces in stores. I have to use a cane or lean on a shopping cart. With any long distances, I now use a rollator walker. What difficulties do you have?

    Best to you,
