Just wanted to say hello. I'm glad I found this site. I look forward to reading all your posts and hope to chat with you all soon.
I'm here for chronic pain. My back pain started when I was a teenager.
I know I have Spinal Stenosis, Bursitis in my hips, Fibromyalgia, Bulging Disks & Arthritis.
I'm only 33 yrs. old and my Dr. had told me I have a back 3 times my age.
I just moved to another state so it's been very hard for me to get my new Dr. to give me what I was on, he's trying to refer me to another pain center but it's taken 6 months so far. I have had great success with injections in the past and really wish I could get some more soon.
Thank you for reading my post and look forward to speaking with you all.

  • Does your insurance allow you to find a specialist on your own or do you need a referral?

You probably already know but most Pain Management docs offer injections.

I know how difficult that it can be to move to a new area and find docs that are decent.

You may want to post a new topic in the Pain Management section asking if anybody here is in your area and can give you the name of a good Pain Management doc.

We are not allowed to mention names here but we are allowed to send a private message with the information.

Good luck and keep us posted.
