Please see my signature, and add decreasing disk height at C7/T1. The last few hours I've had a new very painful symptom and I am 95% that it is originating from my neck, but wanted to see if others have had this.
Earlier tonight my ring and pinkie fingers started cramping really bad. I've had it do that once or twice before, but there wasn't much pain, and I could straighten my fingers out on their own "power." Tonight I had to pull them straight and the pain was something else! Okay, that "seemed" to have passed, and then my index and middle finger started doing it - also very painful. (pain by the way in the knuckle and first joint). Then a bit later all 4 fingers were doing it. Got it to stop by pulling them straight, and then the dang thumb folded over my palm! Not as painful as the fingers, but again, I had to pull it straight!
This is only happening in my right hand, which is the same side most of my neck related issues are and continue to occur. If I make a fist with that hand, all of them, or at least my ring and pinkie fingers cramp. Now the cramping of the fingers is this way - ring and pinkie straight fold to curl (similar to clawing), the index and middle fold straight towards the palm, and the thumb straight fold over the palm.
1. Did I do hand or arm exercises today? No
2. Did I try to lift things, do pushups etc. No
3. Wall climbing? No
Nothing out of the usual for me at all. The pinkie and ring cause pain up the arm. The others (so far) stay with the pain in the hand.
Thoughts guys? Thanks in advance.
