Some Problems with CHAT (Technical)

Since the server upgrade, there seems to be several problems in CHAT, but they seem to be intermittent.

1 - Doe not always get Sound
2 - Tool bar missing
3 - Avatars not showing up

Liz sent me a message today about these problems, so I jumped into CHAT. I had no sound and no avatars. Looking over options, I should have had both. I refreshed my browser and I had sound. Looking back into Options, even though I had selected avatars , both boxes were not unchecked. I checked them and things went back to normal.

I left CHAT and came back in and all was ok for me.

From what I have seen, this could be a problem at the users end and also could be problems here at the server end.

I will pass this on to development. If any of you see some strange things happening in CHAT, please post them here.

Thank you

I never mess with the 'OPTION' except to choose avatars. Somehow the sound was turned right down, a choice I would never have made.

The room still not back to normal, but at least I can hear when people leave or enter the room.

Thanks Ron I wouldn't have thought to look into 'OPTIONS' until you said
