thoracic fusion 4yrs ago, new pain

I'm seventeen. I had a spinal fusion on my thoracic 4 years ago for scoliosis. They put in two titanium rods, and some pedicle screws. I have been having weird back pain for about a week and I was just wondering what it feels like when a screw falls out, I think I'm being paranoid, but I just thought I'de check because my doctor said that was a possibility. At first it hurt whenever I moved, and then it went away for a while, and I just tried large motions again for the first time since it stopped hurting, and I got a burning pain where I had my surgery. Thanks for any input!
