Let's get this show on the road..

  • I hope all goes well with the surgery and hope you have less pain. Take care. Charry
DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN
  • Best wishes....I'm a few days behind you but have the same sentiments....I was supposed to be Friday but was moved to Monday.

I guess it's good. I'm now sneaking in a pedicure before I head for surgery. I figure I won't be able to bend down to cut my toe nails for a bit so I'll let the professionals treat me to some pampering.

Good luck and remember...no bending, lifting, twisting (even if you feel good, don't do it for the first 6 weeks).

    All the best!
