Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tonya. I am a 37 y.o. Registered Nurse. I have had backpain for the past 8 years that continually worsened. After trying all of the conservative routes I have finally decided to have surgery. I have done the ESI, therapy and nerve blocks with no success. As far as the fun discogram is concerned. I was laid up for a week afterwards and had new sciatic symptoms on one side that eventually went away. But I think my kidney stones (7times)hurt worse. I am scheduled for a L4-S1 PLF on April 5th. I have been reading posts from this site for several months now and find them very helpful. I will let you know how everything goes. It has to be better than things are now.
