Does anyone know a good source (website/ book) of core muscles strengthening exercises on the exercise ball for people who cannot do much in terms of bending/ twisting the spine. Looking for gentle yet effective core muscle work.
Couple of exercises on this website work for me. Some seem too hard.
(Lower back injury, disc bulging and degeneration, sciatica, right leg weakness, injury two years back-never recovered fully, cannot bend, cannot run, do vigorous exercise)
