I currently am 90-95kg, 170cm tall and need to lose weight. I have tried losing weight before and only managed 1kg over 6 months. Can somebody please suggest a method that can give me a chance, I want to be around 70kg.

  • I recently lost 45 lbs. and I did so by drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Also I eat only fruit and yogurt for dessert and have cut back on portion size. I try to walk 3x a week and use my stationary recumbent bicycle. Always check with your Dr. before starting any exercise program and get a check up as many health issues can cause weight gain. There is also weight watching methods available online. Start slow and good luck it can happen. Charry

  • Having three foot surgeries, a neck surgery and most recently a total knee replacement, all in the last three years, did it for me! (30 lbs) I'd recommend most any other approach, however, lol.
