leg cramps/seizures

I have had lumbar fusion and cervical fusion with decompression. I have sever leg cramps so bad as soon as my body tries to relax~when I look at the calf of my leg while its spasming there is a line so deep from behind my knee to my ankle that you could lay a pencil in. Any idea why? Drs have no clue and have run every test available. Thank you and Bless us all.
