  • Me too!
I managed to get rid of my dressing today - cause for great celebration!
I've been having more pain since my very long all day session at the hospital on Tuesday.
I guess I over did it!
Trying to take it easy to get back on track but keep making myself sore again. :-(
main thing is that the dressing is gone! Yeahay!!! :-)
  • Okay, my surgery is in exactly a week. Getting nervous dispite how calm I was feeling based on long talks w/ doc + some of his other patients. I'm glad to see where you guys are at 6wks cause it's a realistic view on what to expect. I hope you guys continue to recover well! Best of luck + prayers!
  • Congrats,Blazer! Just take it slow, and be good to yourself---6 weeks is still early---keep the pain pills in your system-it will help if you don't go too long.Sleeping will get better little by little-rest where you are comfortable, whether in bed,a recliner,or the couch. We are here for you!!!
