I started out at the chiropractor for a twisted neck from pushing too hard while working out.
Took and x ray of an area that I had fallen on about 10-15 years ago. Basically his diagnosis is/was that the c6 bone is off alittle and basically I have not the right curvature in my spine.
It was basically back on inch then it should really be, pushing my whole head forward etc.
After he popped it I go really super nervous cause seems like most people dont like chiropractors and this was my first time.
I went to urgent care and basically the diagnosis is correct. They confirmed everything the Chiro said. Basically I was told not to have my neck popped again (it didnt seem to fixit anyways) and to go see a spine specialist.
SO firstly I am super worried. They said it is not too much of a big deal but it could be down they line with bone spurs etc. SO I have potential problems down the line. Didint sound too urgent, sicne I did not have any numbness, tingling pain or anyting. Just very awkard feeling.
Has anyone been in this situation, or can shed some light.
Is a situation like this where there is not so much curvature really bad? I wonder since it has apparantly been like this for long.
