I am new to the forum. I'm a certified yoga teacher specializing in spine health and back care. As a long time sufferer of back pain myself (herniated discs, multiple lower back injuries), I found great relief through practicing yoga. I'm happy to help answer any questions you may have on lower back pain, disc issues and scoliosis (as those are my areas of focus).
I'm not a doctor, but I do extensive therapy and body work to help people avoid surgery or rehabilitate post surgery. I've lived through the physical pain myself, have gone through depression, anxiety, frustration... you name it. I'm glad this forum exists to allow people to help each other.
