End of February I had lower back surgery. Laminectomy spinal fusion. My doctor told me different answers on when I can swim. I would love to swim laps, I love swimming and I need to get back in shape for my wedding. Anyone know about how long after surgery I can start swimming laps? I know I am not fused yet but I think there's corsets I can wear in the water ?? I dont want to break my back again :0( Thank you!
